To fill multiple blank cells with same text
- Select the range with blanks
- Press "Ctrl" + "G" to launch Go To Window
- Click on Special button
- Select Radio button "Blanks"
- Insert required text
- Press "Ctrl "+"Enter"
To fill multiple blank cells with same formula
- Select the range with blanks
- Press "Ctrl" + "G" to launch Go To Window
- Click on Special button
- Select Radio button "Blanks"
- Insert required formula
- Press "Ctrl "+"Enter"
